We are thrilled your student wants to be part of an incredible summer experience at Lake Geneva Christian Center in Alexandria, MN! Camp is a powerful time of connection, fun, and growing in faith—and we want to make the registration process as clear and simple as possible so your student is ready for the best week of their summer!
How the Registration Process Works
To make sure our group stays together and gets reserved spots, Homestead Youth uses a group registration system.
- We have secured reserved spots at camp using a group code
- This helps ensure your student is not waitlisted and is registered with our group
- All payments are handled through the church, not directly through the camp
Here’s what that means:
- You will pay Homestead Community Church
- The church will send one combined payment to the camp for all students
Additional Cost
We also include a transportation fee, since we provide travel to and from camp.
- This fee is added to your total cost at the bottom of this form
Important: Final Registration Step
After you:
- Complete this form
- Submit your payment
You will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Our group code
- A link and instructions to officially register your student with the camp
👉 This final step is required to complete your student’s registration.

Financial Assistance
If finances are a concern, scholarships are available on a limited, first-come, first-served basis.
Please don’t let finances be the reason your student misses camp—we want to help make it possible!
To apply, you will need to complete a separate scholarship form.

Room Assignments
You may be wondering who your student will room with!
We organize cabins by grade and gender, doing our best to keep middle school and high school students separate. Younger students will not be placed with significantly older students—at most, they may room with students one grade above or below.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to accommodate room assignments for nearly 80 students. We do our best to honor requests while creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone!
Medication Information
All students bringing medication are required to turn it in to the camp nurse upon arrival. To help make this process faster and smoother, we will collect all medications during check-in at Homestead Church on August 3rd.
What You Need to Do
✔ Place all medications in a Ziploc bag
✔ Ensure medications are in their original containers
✔ Print and complete the Medication Form (link will be in confirmation email.)
✔ Place the completed form inside the Ziploc bag with the medications
✔ Bring everything to check-in at Homestead Church
👉 All medications will be collected at check-in and given to the camp nurse upon arrival.
